well the title is "incomplete" meaning it isn't finished...

an incomplete is usually just a tileset, submitted when someone has made a cool tileset but can't turn it into a satisfactory level. He could have easily just completed the whole tileset before submitting and it would still be under incomplete and he probably would have gotten better ratings for it.

And KKstrong, you can just save your levels in a txt file if you can't finish it at the time. I think you should really do this because alot of your maps are good but feel rushed..
