Really close to be maxed if not max.
Compare the demos, it's cool to see how the Ninja takes advantage.

Now hitting the topmost spike of the 4-tile before getting the curve.
Just by this small difference the Ninja takes an extra boost and he can go at bottom faster. You can compare the two demos with NReality bubble and see how in this demo the Ninja takes advantage in the ground to the 210f's Ninja demo but actually the other was ahead.
