The

number of frames in a demo is shown by the number before the colon in the demo data box. So for example, Meta's demo at the bottom of the page says:
1154:17895697|17895697| (and so on)
1154 is the number of frames before the colon, thus we know that his demo is 1154 frames long.

pretty ugly...

the flow was pretty solid, though try and use different sections of tiles to create flow with more jumps. refer to well known racers for example. They don't use continuos loops and long runs etc.

Not too bad

A lot of the individual transitions flowed nicely, however in my opinion, the race as a whole wasn't very smooth. It also could be improved aesthetically. The enemies worked fairly well, and the floorguard part has a good potential idea, but I feel that they could have presented more of a threat overall.
