Pretty cool.

You've got some nice stuff going on here. I liked the diamonds at the top, but it would be better if they were executed better. The tileset's still a bit incomplete. You should try expanding your racing style as well. Experiment with new things. Break the rules. You know, have fun with mapping. Overall, not bad. 3.
