It's touchy here and there, but it's pretty good. 4.

AGD - not as fast as Hellheart's :(

DUDE

this was pretty good. 3.5 overall but I really enjoyed the gameplay.

Keep coming with the maps, this makes me want to see what else you can do!

Wow, Hellheart's demo totally puts mine to shame. What speed!

Completion

Well, it's different (from Audacity). I tend to not like mines, but they weren't too annoying here. It's not claustrophobic, but the mines make you much more cautious. For whatever reason, I like the "second" gauss - it's tricky. It was nice how the laser can reach a few different places. Also, I'd say it looks fine cosmetically. Then again, maybe that's why no one plays my maps. Hmmm...

the tileset stays inside one theme, and the gameplay is moderately challenging. And I kind of figured that expanding the area of gameplay would sacrifice the fun of going for a speed completion.

In Audacity, the "claustrophobic feel," as Nexx said, gives it that challenge to for a faster and faster completion.

Anyway, thanks for the pointers. If I have the time, I'll see if I can fix it up a bit.

Much Better

The parts I slow down on are generally the ones I *have* to be careful for :x

All-Gold Demo

Not terribly fast; although I start well, I slow quickly. I'm going to make a better one.

This is a very well-done map, although cosmetically it's rather poor. You did your best there and it looks better...just not *attractive*. The laser sometimes won't shoot when you get the switch in top-center, and the gauss near the second switch doesn't always cooperate; both throw off pacing a bit.

But the jumps themselves go very well and none of them are mind-numbingly frustrating. They chain well, there's quite a bit of variety, and you can easily tell how you're supposed to do the next part. Well-done.
