You know, you can critique other people's works without being capable of reproducing them yourself. His 'but this is one' comment was out of line, but I think his criticism is valid enough.

you really have no right to call this a newb map, since yours are much much worse.
I don't personally love this map that much, but it looks like more work went into than any of your maps.

hmm.
not a great map, its quite short and some of it, (i.e. the bits branching off, filled with gold) ruin it i think, they stop the "ambushes" being symetrical, which would make it quite good.
