i don't know about mapping as much as he does

But I felt it was a letdown. The start was standard fare with a gauss and a medium wide hallway. The rest of the map seemed to follow this general pattern as well. The lower left area was a nice expection, providing some interesting gameplay. However, the launchpad areas and generally the right side fell back down into the more boring stuff, and to put it bleakly, felt uninspired. Something interesting probably could have been done, but there was little to be found here. Same can be said for the left side tunnels. The general problems of this map seemed to be uninspiredness and disjointness (e.g. between the left and the right side) - it didn't feel like a cohesive whole - I believe this might be because it was a collaboration. Shame to say this :/
