Ok, I think that emulating someone it is not just mix and put together some few similar parts from some of the emulated guy's maps. Emulating is trying to make something similar to that guy could make. Trying to emulate his style in general terms. I know that mrgy is a pretty hard mapper to emulate, due the essence of his maps/gameplays, is something like a non-style style, he has not a very specific style of type of maps, neither usually use same patterns at tiles, so is challenging to take a 'general' essence style, but in fact, he really has a style of mapping, this may be sounds contradictory, but I try to explain, I mean that his mapping style is more focused in a concept each map, pretty solid concepts each one, he sometimes use drones and seekers in a very particular way, also you can see on some of his maps door stuff, both with trapdoors and normal ones. Also he makes very particular MineJumpers, and a solid characteristic of his maps is also paths and routes, and experimenting a lot with that, with semi-back-and-forth maps and also leaving room to sr and optional gold routes. And i can talk about all of these things because I have pretty much liked mrgy and studied in some way lots of his maps.

Even if all this characteristics are challenging to emulate, you have a mapping stage from mrgy pretty well known and really characteristic of him, which is his n-arts, he used to make a lot of them in the past, and them for sure have a very particular style. That's could be another way to imitate him.

But the real intention of this post is as follows, althought he has more or less style, every of his maps 'flows' and are concise, and flow not in term as a flow in a race or the flow of the Ninja, if the flow at the connectivity of the map and its different parts. Everything was planned and everything connect fine with each other. When you try to make a map room by room, or in this case part by part, you need to make sure that every parts on it flows and connect at least in a good way. I feel this one could have nice elements but honestly them connect not really well, it just seem a mix of separate challenges without no much planning about connecting them and about the map as 'global', i think you must need a lot on this yet, I able to see it in some of your maps, and something similar happened in the lucidum's emulator map.
