so nice to read something that cool (no pun intended) after a hard day at work.
I'll let you know when I have a creativity spark. as for the mapping, I always complain about my maps not being innovative, not using any clever mechanics or anything. but maybe I'm just good at simple action maps that apparently look good to others ;P complaining is our national sport (like queuing supposedly is for Brits). and hey, you are totally AMAZING at tilesets. your style is totally unique, it's so artsy; realistic and yet full of this odd otherworldnes... or whatever idk. but yeah. I adore them.

. About the pinball concept map, this is a prototype. I can see some nice ideas here, but you still need work a lot on it. So far, I can't get into the left side. Luck!

Hi. I checked the demo again and like I said, there weren't any moments when all four drones were on the center row. If you're talking about the moment before you get the top-right key-card, two drones left just as the last one came into the row. Sorry :(

I have still some un-answered questions about MOSS:
. Have you played Slipping Into The (Cosmic) Future? What you think about as a concept?
. What about your own two conceptual maps for this episode?
. We need to think and work on the first episode.
. You're going to make 'moss' themed map for the competition? That's nice. Sounds good.
. Also, it would be frankly fantastic that sometime you give me your impressions to some maps, or in general, or simply about the pack, its mechanics and stuff. Since we don't work around IRC anymore, it would be nice to know your impressions about the maps in particullary.

The left top was a bit ugly, actually it's a cool fast HR simple map, but if you want it a bit more larger and challenging add something like the second version. Tell me what you need. ;)

Also, I recommend you to watch the video that BluePretzel made of the making of his map to MOSS. There's something I want you to see, and is, how he play, play, and keep playing and playtesting nauseum, the climbing to the switch.
It's a climb that previously it is possible, difficult but possible, but it is not satisfactory, and until that is really comfortable he doesn't finish, he tries everything, and at the end makes it comfortable and accessible, this is an example of good mapping and good playtest stage. Check it.

Ok,
I see some things here..
I see the 3x3 room with the exit and the one-ways to enter.. I see that pieces of gold.. I see that helpful one-ways too. The use of the curvy 4tiles and the absence of stupid and annoying mines. Really nice. Seems to be very productive that you and me work together. I like.
