About the advices thing, I think that many of us tried to give some interesting, useful and cordial tips to fonda like me on this map. [nmaps.net] (a comment in which I put a lot of effort and interest), but seems he don't pay much attention to nobody, maybe he like his maps like this. It's a shame, I think he has some skills, but he can not get them to shine or polish.

Also, about the AGD / SR / Completion / NGD thing, technically this is a Completion demo, 'm differentiating from the speedrun because there are no alternative routes or gold, to choose the speed path. Technically isn't an AGD because there are no golds, then can not be a demo 'with all the gold', about NGD, it's when gold is on the map, and the player tries to evade it and complete the map without a single piece of gold, unlike the speed, it does not matter if you are taking gold in the path.

It is a matter of great debate as to whether, if a map contains no gold, it is possible to AGD. I believe an AGD is a map completion leaving no gold on the map.

An NGD is a map completion with all gold left on the map.
How can you POSSIBLY get an AGD?

Hi,
I wanted to give you a little heads up and a few tips for your levels, not to try to put you down or anything, but I feel like you're just trying to make as many levels as humanely possible. I don't consider myself the best map-maker around, but if you want my advice you should try thinking more about what players want to play and if they're going to enjoy the level. I saw a comment by FunkyElephant on one of your earlier levels [nmaps.net], and to repeat what he said, quality is more important than quantity. If you want tips on how to make better levels I suggest you ask around the forums or even some good map-makers out around the database. Frankly everytime I see a level like this on the Hot Maps page (yes, that's where I hang out the most), I don't really want to play it and pretty much skip on to the next level, but I already saw that you made quite a few levels that aren't physically attractive. Maybe the challenges on these levels are good, but they'd be even better if they were nice, neat and presentable!

Just my two cents, which I hope you'll take seriously ;)
Good luck!
