Well I think you got the basic idea
that a race should be non-stop, but it should also be fast paced. There should not be any slowing down necessary to complete the flow (it can work, but only with a lot of experience can it be mastered smoothly, and even then it is very rare). This had little/no enemy threat, basically if you stand still at the start, and that subtracts from a race being fast paced.
My best advice is to keep the map open, and have effective enemies. Effective enemies mean that there are only a small number of them, but they are dangerous and cause many close calls. They make the map exciting.

bleh said it all, but I did like the flow at some parts. Some areas I didn't like.

I enjoyed it!
Flow: 2/2.5 - It had a pretty good flow! I liked how you used the doors at the curves.
Action: 0.5/1.5 - It didn't have many enemies, but I liked the rocket. I suggest added a few more, perhaps a chain gun drone.
