all I can say avatar, is that it's all about angles
ex: I get higher launch from the top of the diagonal bumpers, and more forward launch from the bottom (I mean during the jump, not the instant it hits)
Then I make it faster by getting closer and closer to tiles without touching them, and then I get a demo I'd be happy about. Hope that helps?

faster speedrun, probably aroun 274 is possible, if not some perfect demo where you hit your head between the mines in the top right and go down faster :/
