Well for flow you usually need tiles,

check out some maps tagged "flow" and see what's there. I have a couple flowy maps, they may not be very good but the flow is pretty good. Some of the more recent ones I made with drones, such as Frosty, are decent in my opinion.

To be honest, there was literally almost nothing in this map. Use at least a few tiles, use one enemy instead of a group of them, and spend more time making your next map (15 -20 minutes). I'll give this a 3/5 since it's your first map. Welcome to NUMA!
