Yes, Radium is entitled to his opinion. There is no set rule that you have to give constructive criticism. Sure it's nice, but it's not a must.

A 1/5 sounds terrible, but only because of the fucked up ratings on NUMA nowadays. A 1/5 means it is poor, exactly what Radium thought. At least he has the balls to tell you what he rated instead of silently giving the map that.

For me, it's alright though. It has it's nice parts. 3/5, seen as that's what the average seems to be on NUMA now.
