Not confusing at all. I don't like the color choices though (mainly the background). Like mist said, keep the backgound really simple. 3/5

You should try to keep the background as
simple as possible - perhaps just a gradient or some simple, yet realistic setup. Refer to my nReality maps for that one. :)
are really hard on the eyes. I don't think you should ever use neon-bright colors (spelling change). Also, the problem with a background image such as this is that it makes it difficult to see certain objects in the map, like the mine to the left of the gauss turret. I don't find the map confusing, though... I just don't really like it that much :| (even w/o the cullers).

the gameplay is quite good without Nreality.
