is a person that purposly rates a 0/5 in order to lower tha map down on the hot maps. They do it becuase they "think" its funny or whatever.

Also...

Its not to be confused with a rate of a 0/5 because the player actually feels it is worthless... although I feel a good explanation is required as to why its a 0 in their mind. Also an explanation helps to point you out as a person that doesnt snipe but rates fairly.
