for the first part, keep going up till you get the switch. When you get to the rocket switch swoosh down until you hit the 3rd tile. then just hold the left key until you hit the switch. Get past the laser room, and jump on the tile near the thwump. Go to the next room, get the switch, repeat, but jump to the thwump. Go through the hall and get the switch in the 1st room after the hall. Jump until you activate the thwump, just down on the bounceblock, and back down. Then you just go until you get to the door and switch.
