My nreality is messed up or something,
because I can't play levels through userlevels anymore, it won't connect to the internet or something.
I played this in Nreality editor though, with your mod, and the ninja doesn't die when you just hold right.

beat the level in userlevels
then go to the bottom of the data on the left and highlight the data with a bunc of | in it and paste in "demo data (optional)" part
