This is how I watch replays.
1) act like your beginning a new map, just hit the (~) key.
2) two text boxes appear, take the data for the map (copy it from above in the map description) and paste it into the top box... make sure the box is empty. Hit (l) to load.
3) copy my demo data from the box and paste it into the second box like before. hit (3) to load demo, then (q) to play demo, then (p) to watch what i did.
