well, i love your idea of difficulty.
i don't like the grid, but i kinda get why it's a grid.
plus. is it 1,2 and 3 from top to bottom & left to right?
(hope that makes sense).

On the third level, you can jump up to 2, continue to one, or just play 3-2 :)
