Actually, no it doesn't. All it does is make the game lag. As Atilla said, you only need one or two.

But go ahead and ignore everyone if that is your way of getting better x_x

I'd say it's more action than race. Also, the clustered rocket launchers are pretty pointless. You only really need one or two.
