No I haven't spoke with the Numa staff.
But I don't rate my own maps either.
But there is one exception . . . when I was on my old account resident_evale lots of people sniped me and even plain out told me they gave me a 0 because I was stupid. I gave one map a 5 once just to compensate, but I deleted the map otherwise later. Not since then I guess.
But I hope people trust me that I wouldn't do anything like that. I think my maps are pretty decent and why would I rate my own when mine would be getting 3.5 or more anyways (until it's sniped like throughout my numa career).
