Very easy, but still fun

start by slowly developing the flow, dont make the whole tileset without play testing, playtest as often as u can, and if u dont like a part, delete it, try again. after you create the flow, add gold, not to much, but put enough to make it exciting...after that, add enemies, again here, playtest often, try to get everything perfect. and keep goin bak to changin the tileset to make if flow better with the enemies, thats all the advice i can really give you

This feels just like some of your other races. Its very unoriginal. Yes it flows well, but its just not that fun. You say its not your best, well, why not try and make it better. I try and make all the maps I submit as good as they can be.
