That's kind of cheating. Plus, it's a test level, not action. Not specifically aimed at being beatable.

How to do it in under 3 locks:
Fall down to the bottom of the map by slipping on the side of the left wall, then fall inside the one-way floor and get the exit lock...
Reach the right wall and unlock the bottom right lock, then jump into the one-way wall there and jump to the door...

You don't even have to get more than three locks, and it doesn't look very nice either.
