whats the point of making an entire level if your just gunna cheat death at the starting. everything else is useless

i experienced a truly strange thing that happened to me in "level 99:elevator to heck". when you jump to get the door switch, it only happens sometimes, but, you can get hit by a mine and the lauchpad at the sametime, causing a wierd glitch, in witch you can't get killed by anything (except fallin of course!).
