Don't put Loads of gold all together in one place, like in the bottom right of the map.
Don't hide objects, or at least hide them as little as possible.
Make your tiles more original - use other shapes not just E blocks.

Practice, make at least one map a week, but only post it on Numa if you think it is good, or at least worthy of some attention.

Anyway, this map was nice for a beginner map. You didnt cluster the mines which was good, and the enemies were positioned well.
