This is a demo showing how to get in and out of the U. The other two rooms should be a little easier because you only need to get squeezed by one thwump instead of four.

Thwump Spaces Too Narrow

Until I see a demo verifying otherwise, I believe that the four thwumps within the U are absolutely impassible.
