Description One day, The peaceful hidden ninja village of Konoha was visited by an alien space craft. Asleep at home was our hero, unaware that he was being targetted from above by a high powered lazer strike! His house was destroyed, and the blast severely damaged the nearby buildings. Now N must rise to meet this challenge, and disable the power turbine that generates the heat of the lazers.

Doubtfull

Its doubtful that Survival is a category created ONLY for maps where there is no exit. Bullshit. Utterly. If i created a climber that had no enemies but was very possible to fall to your death, would that not be a survival? Perhaps THIS is not survival, but neither is it action. Not enough ACTION. Mindless drones is not very exciting or action packed, and you only actually have to dodge the gauss turrets. and even then that can be done without concentrating.

Ahem.

No offense meant, euphoria, but the category Survival was made for a specific type of map. It doesn't matter much, really, but when people go searching for Survival maps, this isn't the type of map they're looking for.You can categorize them however you wish, but that's the reason they implemented the category system, so that people looking for a specific type of map could narrow the choices down, that's all.

Survival

Survival does not necessarily mean that at all. In this map, it is survival because there really is not that much action, just careful timing and NOT dieing on the climber part. In fact,a large portion does not actually include enemies being involved. I feel I must retain my freedom to categorize my own maps.

Action

They really need to post definitions for each category so people will be less likely to do this. This is not what most folks here would consider a survival map. A survival map is more about how long you survive and less about things like getting to an exit or collecting gold.
