| Description | Yes, i am back(for those who even noticed my absence.) This time i wont be making as many maps as i used to. This one is a remake of an old n-art i made awhile back. It didn't come out as i wanted the colors to, so i might make a mine and gold only version. But for now this is what i have.
I think this one looks better in thumbnail. |

once again, I NEVER TOLD YOU TO STOP, get that through your head...dont make me repeat myself for a third time...
you completely misunderstood what i said about time consuming, your the one who "has a life", yet you openly admit how long some of these things take you, yet talk down to how long a creature art takes...
oh, and i did compare it to all your others, and noticed...nothing different with the style...or at least nothing significant enough to be considered different...
i assume the not liking narts was toward klonoa, you cant seriously mean me, i make them...

out of the 20 "stupid" pattern arts, as you so call them, there are atleast 5 of them that I could tell you took me more than 30 minutes. And if you don't like n-arts good for you but dont tell me to stop making them cause it isn't going to work. If you dont want to see n-arts just don't look at them...
This is pointless so type whatever you want after this I won't bother answering...

try making a fun action map. N art is quite easily done. This is kinda good tho, but doesn't do Nart justice. 1/10

I think that we need a completly different section that is not part of numa for you art lovers to place your nart at.
It's simply because theres maps such as Magnotechnology that are better than N art simply because of the skill and precision it takes to create it. DDAs are excusable, but N art? If you want art, go to Deviantart.com.

theres several things i can see i have to set straight...

well guess what, ive been working on one animal pic for months because i havnt done anything on it hardly at all...in total, i have maybe 5 creature arts...you on the other hand, have over 20 of these stupid pattern arts, which take "patience", and "time" which you aparently have(why not spend that time in your "life"?)...so dont try and tell me your the one with a life, when you way outdo me in wasted time on art...you probly even outdo dragon_moon, just for the sheer mass of the 20+ patterns youve made

this one is original in my opinion, and its a tileset...
but it would be cool if you could make something else, but i dont have any ideas, so thats not a request...yet...

my answer to both nemeta and samurai has been giving by ninja12345, why do you care what type of map i make? If it's something that i like to do and think that others like them as well then i'll keep doing them. I can't satisfy everybody here with just one map.
I don't think i'll stop making these until i get bored of them. And this is something that i have the patience and time to make. I can't spend a week making an animal or stuff like that, I have a life. These are the type of arts that i like and if you dont like them good for you it's not my problem, you could rate it a 0 for all i care, just don't expect me to change the way I do things because you disagree.

thank god someone sees it my way. I completely agree! there are way too many off these, and whats the point? I dont see the point of any N art unless it can be used
now, granted, if your going to make art besides tiles, atleast make it worth while and original!

patterns dont take a whole lot of skill or creativity...they arnt fun or even really interesting...they havnt been a major art for hundreds of years(excluding rugs)... ppl complain about too many dragons, too many arts styled that way, even when just you alone have made over 20 of these rediculous pattern arts...
even disregarding almost all of that, art is about skill, and when a program auto snaps objects for perfect symetry, it takes no skill...as for creativity, there are just too many thousands of examples in the world for it to be original and creative...patterns alone arnt even creative...
im sure im one of few(if any others) who think this way, and i, of course, cannot demand anything, but please, i beg you, at least come up with a new way to do it, some new twist that actually catches my attention, something, anything!!!

thank you all for the welcome. I dont consider myself legendary but thanks V-lad. i'm currently working on another one of these with a different tile that i think is coming along nice. I'll see if i can finish it by tomorrow. Afterwards i'll start making a couple of playable maps and see were i go from there.
And to those who wondered were i was i took a bit of a break i'm surprised i even came back. I had to get my school work together and I think i was able to do so. See you all tomorrow.
