As far as I know there isn't a limit.

But I don't want a roster of Reviewers who are half-assing it, you know? That makes it hard to keep track of who's active and who's not, although the queue helps a lot.

From what I've gathered,

NUMA's dates are set by the UTC. I'm a -6, which means that at 5pm my time, I can submit a review and it will be labeled with tomorrow's date. So for you, after 10am your time you can submit a review and the correct date will be added. Hope that makes sense. Thank for you your services. <3
