this is pretty good

but I feel like both the downwards facing chaingun and the downwards facing laser make their respective sections far too difficult, which wouldn't be so much of a problem if it wasn't so hard to climb up the middle in the first place (laser makes this especially tough). Which is a shame, because I found the difficulty in all the other passages to be very well judged on the whole, particularly the one with the gausses and the one with the rocket. The tileset is nicely striking, though, I like the eye. Here's a demo of me getting all the switches and then stupidly dying by the floorguards:
