You need more variety with levels. You need more enemies and variations. Also, try to think up new stuff that noone has ever made before. If you discover something new, everyone will be all over you. Plus, when done creating a map, play it ask yourself "Was this fun to play?" If no, then it probably won't be a good map. Try looking at some of the top rated levels to see how you can improve.
