you have a point guiseppi. however i wouldnt go ahead and call these maps ripoffs. true, my first attempt at a remake of jinx malloy "city of gold" was a bit too similar like it, but it still took me a long time to make. looking back i might have put it as a test level. as for the next map inspired by jinx malloy, "et circum", i would never put that as a test level. that's completely my work. as i cant play this particular map, from the looks of it, it looks more like a "city of gold" than a "et circum". so yeah, those are my thoughts.

*sigh* All right, I guess I'm gonna have to play devil's advocate here...

Yes, Jinx Malloy was a very fun level, yes, wellsj's ripoffs of it were fun, and yes, this ripoff of it is also fun, but it's just that, a ripoff. Seriously, how much skill, time, or effort does it take to scatter around some 1 tiles sticking out from some E tiles with mines placed on top of them and gold around it? Not much, am I right? I think, if trained enough, Yanu or Nick43092 might have even been able to do this. Yes, I agree that it's fun, but what I do think is that this level would probably be better under "Test Levels" or something, as it does not reflect your true skill as a map maker, which you have proved again and again is incredible. And to anyone reading this, you may disagree with me, but it's just what I feel, and besides, my argument does seem pretty logical, no? Anyways, I'm gonna stop typing now, because if I ramble on for any longer, people are going to be so taken aback by the size of this post that they may decide to skip over it entirely, especially those people with exceptionally short attention spans, you know who you a

Huh!

i tried this like ten times and the last try i blew up at the last mine. >:(
it abit too hard, maybe makeing the pits slightly longer may help.
its also quite stereotypical of jump maps.
