The comments sum up my thoughts nicely, so I can just post this demo without bothering to think up a decently constructive comment, and just let everyone else do the hard work while I sit back and rudely play your map without giving a proper comment as any decent user should do to honour anyman's mapping efforts and supply him with ample feedback to climb further up the rungs of the great mountain of quality N mapmaking with each subsequent and unique effort to further his abilities at this most playable of craft which he has chosen to perfect, if for no one else than for himself as a form of purely creative means of expressing his innermost thoughts and feelings in a manner only he will notice out of the corner of his mind's eye.

That being said, there were two places in the flow where I actually had to slow down. When entering the loop below the rocket, if I just pressed left I'd end up blowing up the mine on the rim. Then, I often exploded on the mine on the rim of the next loop (with the trapdoor switches). I often messed up when entering the last room, but that may just be my technique. Overall, this is a good first race. Although more variety of flow would be nice, it isn't just doing one move over and over.

Not bad.

I think that the circles get boring after a while but there is a nice flow.

Impressive for a first

For the most part it flows quite nicely. It was kind of bland in the bottom section, another rocket might have made it smoother. But really cool for a first!

This is really good for a first

You clearly have a good, if somewhat restricted, sense of flow. Although you repeat the same curves everywhere you mix up their use with sections where the player shouldn't jump and cool mine tunnels. All in all, this is a decent race. I'd maybe focus on trying to expand your flow vocabulary so that you cut down on repeated flow.
