also, not putting 5-2 and 2-1 (ex.) in front of the map name helps too. it looks really bad when you do that in my opinion.

That got mass-sniped immediately (knocking it off within minutes), and I (still) didn't resub it. What traction said, but not really understandable. Every author has maps that just go unnoticed. It's just how things work out. Just live it through.

If you want your maps to get noticed more, you'll need some good looking thumbnails. A thumbnail is like the bait in fishing. If it looks (tates) good, you'll attract the attention of more players (fish).
And sorry to refering everyone as fish, but I think you get the point ;)

Also, any resubs that you should mean that you delist the origional version. But whatev/

So work on having a good thumbnail as well as a good map. I think Windows 7 has a thing where you can scroll over the program to see a thumbnail of it, or if you don't have W7, you can just go to submit a map, and if the thumb looks crap, just exit from submitting it and work on the map a little more in terms of decoration. Put little spaces in the tiles etc.

So yeah... good luck understanding what I just said ;P
