Hellheart was right. The flow of the bottom right has been mad better with the movement of the thwump (though it still sure isn't a race), the rocket part has been made easier, and some mines have been relocated to kill the cheatableness.

This is a very slow demo, but it was only my 15th time or so running the map, and the first time I got past that rocket part.

I feel that you weren't sure what this map was supposed to be. The first half *looks* like a race, but the flow is horrible and it can't be run anywhere near like I feel it should be. The second half is too leisurely in comparison, and feels almost incomplete. It doesn't have a real design or flow to it and it suffers for that reason.
