Its an action map not a race...
Some pointers for improvement:
Too many objects - some don't add much (e.g. the floor guards). Also, don't use a whole bunch of em where 1,2 or 3 would work equally well. This especially applies to locked doors, mines and trampolines.
I'm not a fan of trampolines being used like that. simply getting propelled through the level takes no skill, so doesn't give any satisfaction and isn't particularly fun. Try to use interesting jumps instead :)
