Wilt and Decay
This map was featured on 2010-02-07
Lord_day and buddylee were behind some of the most innovative and exciting maps of their day, so it's unsurprising that their collaborations were so often fruitful.
Wilt and Decay succeeds at demonstrating their blossoming partnership in full bloom (or not, as the case would be), with the requisite superb tile theming and unconventional yet engaging gameplay.

I like how the gold
Doesnt look messy despite the tiles :) Keeps my OCD at bay. And great map too; even thought I dont usually like the right side tile style, it works pretty well given the context. 4aved.

This is very cool
My only complaint is that the rocket felt a bit claustraphobic.
The tileset is brilliant.

The jumps were deceptively easy, which I find much more enjoyable than deceptively difficult. They were also really smooth to execute. Another plus was the transition of jump puzzle to evasive action, from the bottom to the top. Therein lies my only complaint, though. That segue could've been better. This wasn't enough to subtract from a perfect score, however.

Death demo.
The bottom left gold and the top gold feel like a real hassle to get, but I dunno.. I'll keep at it before rating.
