This isn't even deserving of a 3 imo. Most N-arts are way overrated. This is maybe a 2. You need the time to develop a N-art to be truly realistic.

Are all better than this. Why? Because there is evidently proof that a large amount of time was spent on it and it looks spectacular, realistic, and stunning. Just the look gives an awe-inspiring feeling. This, this looks like a 10 minute rush to submit. Spend time, before submitting, it shows you a thumb/full image. Keep looking at how it looks there. Then tweak it until it looks like a real final image. If I were you, this looks incomplete and I would have disabled ratings.
