Skypanda nailed it imo.
The use of space isn't great, the tiles lack coherence and it feels like you've thrown the objects in as an afterthought.
I think other people have said all that already, so maybe you're not the type for taking advice, but I reckon you could make some really awesome stuff, since you've shown you're quite handy with a tileset.

didn't like the combination
of gauss and rocket at the beginning. it made the jump upwards a little hard. other than that it played ok. 3.5v
