I did think the mines were pretty random, especially in the first room. The thwump never bothered me at all. I found this map fun for speedruns.

Purposely adding extra
frustration to a game which is inherent with the stuff might not be the best laid plan...
The tiles are quite nice, but the enemy use seems spammed and thoughtless, and the gold placement is very awkward.

Awesome map. My pulse is literally pounding right now. That last circle section was /intense/. Not too difficult, but still some challenge. Awesome usage of everything. This map was exciting, and just excellent to play.
