well no

a comment is not worth more than a rate - always - (sometimes it is i'll admit) as you have just commented - with absolutly nothing to do with my map. so, while you were here you could have at least played my map, then rated it (which only takes seconds) and i'll have got a comment, and a rate, and then i would know whether to stick with this style (if it was 3 or above etc.) or to move on (you get the idea)
