Description | Right, this is the first map from the third episode of the Story Addition Contest, made by Conen_TG_ (which can be accessed here [metanet.2.forumer.com]) The story continues from Chaostar's evolution of the ULTIMATE WEAPON, now known as the MindMachine...
After Thattius discovers the MindMachine has evolved, he is sent through a vortex through to the world of the machine. He lands sharply on the forest floor, brushing the dust off his shoes. The surroundings feel natural, a refreshing change from the lairs and torture chambers of the Master Drones. However, there are still traces of Robotology to be found in this dark forest. Quickly sidesteping a rocket, a mechanical voice booms to him, and informs him of the Doomsday Trials. His reward for completing the level is more information. So play it already :P |

just some flaws bring it down to a 4. It seems like your maps have the exact kind of appearance (in object placement).

Don't dwell too much
Aesthetics in N are highly opinionated. More-over, there are some general guidelines I think all maps need to abide by to maintain good aesthetics, but the door idea is directly an opinion, not a fact :-)

Wow.
This is really good, I enjoy a map that slowely becomes more difficult as you play through it. The only downside of this map is the poor aesthetics from the doors (both regular and trap doors) a +4.5 pulled down to a +4. Maybe if you got somehow creative on the doors (placing there somewhere so they don't make door walls, one of my biggest aesthetical annoyances :P)
