i wasn't doing a curvy map just because you made one, i felt that since i never really did one i should try it out but and what made me think that is the map you made from mine.

demo

surprisingly hard. Open space works here, and the gold is well done, apart from the somewhat crude arrows. 4

On my example map.

Just to reiterate:
- I wasn't saying do a curvy map, rather a map that has similar tiles. the best groups are probly 1s; 7s and 3s; 6s and 2s; 8s and 4s; 7s, 6s, 3s and 2s and 7s, 6s, 3s, 2s and 1s.
- for example's sake, I didn't change the tilest much, but you should r=try to reduce the open space in your maps.
- patterns are good for mine/gold placement, as you've done
- note the extraneous objects in my map that do not add to (or reduce) the gameplay but give better aesthetics.

I'll look at this map now :P
