I did not say it was totally impossible
I said if you open ALL the doors it is impossible, the mapper is intending (I'm assuming) you to get all the switches, and most players will, in this situation, go for all the switches, even if it is just to find how the map plays as a whole.
I've never said a map is impossible, if I use that phrase it is with a condition, as here, or if it is clear the ninja hasn't been reset I try and play the level with the ninja reset then comment.

Best advice is if you don't want critism don't post your maps. On the basis that you can accept critism, I'll make the following points:
It is impossible as putting doors on top of one another has the result of forming an invisible barrier which only does not occur when the switches are opened in the right order(I think). Also this map has the feel of an automatically generated map, in that it feels too random, the tileset for instance has multiple ways to the same place despite being just corridors with barely any threat in them. The enemies that were there were basically useless as well in that unless you went painfully slow they were always far behind you.

remove all the mines and gold inside the tiles. It only make the load time longer.

Easy.
1. Don't put 2 locked doors one on top of the other. It allows you to go through them when one is opened.
2. Don't place locked doors on exits. It allows you to finish without opening any of the doors on the exit.
