the "priority" of having the one-wayed mines has none; too much gold in the top left. having rocket and mine tile-enclosures is pointless; it looks like you're trying to pull off some fancy-artistic stuff. You didn't pull it off.
Overall it's a solid 4 map

I've seen better from you.
