Keep it up!
It's clear to me from the definitive style of this map that you definitely have some skill as a mapmaker. This is significantly more interesting than my first DDA. However, as is always the case with first-timers, you have quite a bit to learn in terms of DDAs.
It seemed that halfway through making the level, you discovered how to use trap door propulsion, which is good. The fewer launchpads you can use, the better. You should watch some of the really good DDAs to learn how to use thwumps and bounce blocks.
Try to avoid repetition. The section in the upper left where the ninja keeps hitting the thwump over and over again was extremely boring.
One laser drone is not enough! Close calls are what make DDAs exciting. The more attacks, the better.

There are two things this map needs:
2. Enemies/close calls. These are what makes a dda fun to watch, and therefore well-made.
Overall, though, it's not bad for the first.
